2007 - 2011 Bonnier Corporation, Winter Park, FL Title: BMG Group Producer, Online Production Manager, Product Owner
- I was the Product Owner for our first SCRUM team in Winter Park.
- I managed day to day tickets as well as projects for the BMG Scrum team.
- I worked with the stakeholders to priorities needs.
- I tried to group items so we did not have to repeatedly touch the same code.
- As Product Owner working with a small sprint team, we were able to reduce over 1,500 tickets for 2 websites to 58 in just over 3 months while also completing projects and day to day item on the other 26 sites.

- I worked with the Business Unit, Aud/Dev, the development team & other departments as needed to set priorities, make business cases for, and detail ROI for new projects.
