It's so hot. Very hot. Incredibly hot. And I'm getting so big with this baby that I just want to live in the refrigerator. And I'm moving soooooo sloooooowwwww. My attitude isn't a great one either. Emotionally I'm on a crazy rollercoaster. One minute elated, the next beside myself in fury.
I have a little less than 6 official weeks left, although it looks like we may be looking more at less than 4 weeks as the doc is threatening induction around 38 weeks. Fine by me, of course.
It's a good thing I've done this a couple of times and know that it is totally worth all of this. I really can't wait to meet this new one.

After a regular day of work for me and summer camp for Kirsten, we were all sitting down to dinner.
Kirsten: Mommy, Miss Buckles asked me today if you were a bull.
Me: What?
Kirsten: With the baby. She asked me if you were a bull with the baby growing in your belly.
Me: [after a few moments of silence, a light-bulb went off] Oh! You mean miserable? She asked if I were misera-BLE with the baby in my belly?
Kirsten: Yeah.
That really was a great one. Have to record it for posterity, etc.
